What milk should you be having in your coffee?

If you go to the coffee shop there will be about 10 different milks you can choose from! That can be a bit overwhelming. Everyone has a different opinion about which one is better for you, so I have put together a little list to compare the amount of calories in the different types of milks!


 

CALORIES IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF MILK (350ml)


 

WHOLE MILK: 180

2%: 150

SOY: 130

COCONUT: 110

SKIM MILK:100

ALMOND MILK: 80


Almond Milk

Almond milk is a light, dairy free and nutty option

Coconut Milk

Another popular dairy-free option which is very creamy

Skim Milk

If you prefer dairy milk, you can add skim milk to a 350ml coffee for almost half the calories of full cream.

Soy Milk

Non dairy, creamy texture

Whole Milk

Rich and creamy, dairy option

2% Milk

Lower in fat then whole milk
